This is a short film about London what it means to me. My bedroom window is quite high up and has this great view out over Russell Square and I find it an endless delight to observe the people down below. London has a kind of attractive shabbiness this time of year, and there seems a pleasing awkwardness in people’s movements when viewed from above.
