In this 3-minute clip young men provide a glimpse into the socially and spatially labyrinthine ancient market in Syria, the Aleppo Souq. The material was shot over a two year period by the filmmaker who traveled extensively throughout Syria collecting images and stories for her feature film, “Coming of Age in Syria”.
